This policy is applicable to United States orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

Handling & Order Cut-Off Time:

Order cut-off time: 4:30 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

We process orders Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST, and Saturday between 8:00 AM–11:00 AM EST. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays. Customer Service is open seven days a week, excluding national holidays.

Next Day Shipping Cut-Off Time:

• Friday orders before 2:00 PM EST with Next Day shipping will likely be delivered on Monday due to carrier limitations.
• Saturday orders before 11:00 AM EST with Next Day shipping will likely be delivered on Tuesday due to carrier limitations.

Note: We currently offer no options to deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible and contact our customer service immediately.

We ship everywhere in the United States except the following:
