This policy is applicable to (United States) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:
 
Order cut-off time will be 4:30 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

We will process orders received Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York), and Saturday 8:00 AM-11:00 AM Eastern Time. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays. Customer Service will be open seven days a week, excluding national holidays.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING CUT OFF TIME:

Friday orders processed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, with a Next Day shipping option selected will be likely delivered on Monday due to Carrier limitations.

Saturday orders processed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time, with a Next Day shipping option selected will be likely delivered on Tuesday due to Carrier limitations. 

Note: We currently offer no options to deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

We ship everywhere in the United States
