How Much CBD Is in Each Gummy?
Every jar holds 3000mg of CBD in total. The CBD per gummy depends on the shape and the number of pieces in the jar, so check the label on your jar for the exact count and serving size. To work it out yourself, divide 3000mg by the number of gummies in the jar. Because this is a high-strength jar, take time to read the serving size before your first gummy.
How to Use
-
Start with one gummy, or half a gummy if you're new to CBD.
-
Wait 1-2 hours. Edibles work through digestion, so they take longer than vapes or tinctures.
-
Follow the serving size on the label and don't exceed it.
-
Take them at the same time each day if you're building a routine.
