How Much CBD Is in Each Gummy?
The jar always holds 250mg of CBD in total. The number of pieces, and so the mg per gummy, depends on the shape. Larger shapes like worms and rings carry more CBD per piece than thin ribbons. Check the label on your jar for the exact count and serving size. To work out the dose per gummy, divide 250mg by the number of pieces in the jar.
How to Use
-
Start with one gummy, or half a gummy for the larger shapes.
-
Wait 1-2 hours. Edibles work through digestion, so they take longer than vapes.
-
Take them at the same time each day if you're building a routine.
-
Use the Sleep Nighttime Bears 30-60 minutes before bed only, because they contain melatonin.
250mg vs Bigger Jars
The 250mg jar is perfect for trying JUST CBD hemp infused gummies or testing new flavors. If one jar disappears fast, the 500mg, 1000mg and 3000mg jars give you more CBD and a lower cost per mg. Want no sugar? Try the Calm Sugar Free Gummy Worms. Browse the full range in CBD Gummies and JUST CBD.
